Where is this store located?
While there is no physical store, this online store is based out of Coquitlam, BC, Canada.
What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices listed are in Canadian Dollar (CAD).
Do orders have tracking?
Tracking is currently available to orders placed in Canada and the US. If you are an international customer who would like tracking with your order please contact me directly and we can work something out!
When are orders shipped?
Around once every two to three weeks depending on how busy things are.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
If your country accepts mail from Canada, then yes I do! Please check with your local postal service if you're unsure. Due to the new VAT regulations, I am unfortunately unable to accept orders from the UK.
I made/am going to make multiple orders; can you consolidate them?
Sure, thing! For in-stock items, please ensure you leave a note at check out or I will ship your order as scheduled. For orders with PRE-ORDER items in them, you have up to the delivery period for that PRE-ORDER item to consolidate additional purchases, just leave a note at check out that you'd like to do so on your new purchases.
If there is any excess shipping paid, it will be refunded if necessary.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All sales are final and refunds, returns, and exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your shipment is lost, damaged, or mishandled during the shipment period I will not be able to provide reimbursement as this is out of my control.
What shipping carrier do you use?
I use Canada Post, which means your order will be delivered by your local postal service.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Canada/US bound orders can take any where between 2 to 10 business days and international orders can take anywhere between 2 to 12 weeks.
Please note that, due to COVID-19, postal services may experience delays. Please check in with your local post and/or Canada Post if there are currently disruptions to your country.
What forms of payment do you accept?
This store runs on Square, which accepts all major credit cards. Though Paypal and Stripe isn't currently available, if that is your preferred way to pay, please feel free to Contact Me and I'd be happy to send you a separate invoice for your order via the payment portal of your choice.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items have an estimate shipping date within their item description and will ship within that estimate. If you order both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will only be shipped when the pre-order items arrive. If you would like your in-stock items to arrive first, please order them separately from pre-order items.
Are these products only available online?
Products can also be purchased in-person during any conventions I'll be attending, so keep an eye out for announcements on my social media! However, many products are limited in supply so I recommend purchasing online as soon as you can!
Can you add a personal message to my order?
Yes! If you would liked to include a message please let me know what you would like in the notes section during check out.
I live close to your location, can I pick up my order in person?
As this is a safety hazard, no you may not. Thank you for respecting my privacy and safety.
